Abstract

【課題】毒性の低い有機金属化合物と有害な無機化合物を効率よく分離・回収することが可能である分離方法を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明の分離方法は、希土類金属化合物を含有する吸着剤と、有機金属化合物と無機化合物を含有する被処理物とを接触させることにより、被処理物中の無機化合物を該吸着剤に選択的に吸着させて有機金属化合物と分離することを特徴とする。また、本発明の分離方法の好ましい実施態様において、前記希土類金属化合物は、セリウム(Ce),サマリウム(Sm),ネオジム(Nd),ガドリニウム(Gd),ランタン(La),イットリウム(Y)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の酸化物,水和物又は水酸化物であることを特徴とする。
