Abstract

　ランプ包装体は複数のランプよりなるランプ束を収納している。ランプは、長手方向に延びるランプ本体と、ランプ本体の長手方向の第１端と第２端からそれぞれ突出する第１外部電極と第２外部電極とを有する。ランプ束は、複数のランプのそれぞれのランプ本体よりなって長手方向に延びる本体部を有する。ランプ束は、複数のランプのそれぞれの第１端よりなる第１端面と複数のランプのそれぞれの第２端よりなる第２端面とを有する。第１電極カバーは、複数のランプのそれぞれの第１外部電極を囲む筒形状の第１側壁を有する。第２電極カバーは、複数のランプのそれぞれの第２外部電極を囲む筒形状の第２側壁を有する。ランプカバーは、第１電極カバーの外周面と第２電極カバーの外周面に当接して、ランプ束の本体部から離れて本体部を覆う。ランプ束の本体部は、第１端面に繋がる第１端部と、第２端面に繋がる第２端部と、第１端部と第２端部との間の中間部とを有する。第１電極カバーはランプ束の第１端部に当接する。第２電極カバーはランプ束の第２端部に当接する。このランプ包装体は、外部電極が折曲らないように複数のランプを包装することができる。
