Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur in-Prozess-Überwachung eines rotierenden Werkzeugs oder eines rotierenden Werkstücks, umfassend: - eine in das rotierende Werkzeug (1) integrierte optische Faser (6) mit einem Faser-Bragg-Gitter (7) und einem ersten Faserabschnitt (31), wobei der erste Faserabschnitt entlang der Rotationsachse des Werkzeugs oder des Werkstücks verläuft; eine Beleuchtungsquelle (9) zur Erzeugung elektromagnetischer Strahlung; eine feststehende Ein- /Auskopplungseinrichtung zur Zuführung von elektromagnetischer Strahlung von der Beleuchtungsquelle zum ersten Faserabschnitt der optischen Faser und zur Aufnahme des am Faser-Bragg-Gitter rückreflektierten Sensorsignals.
