Description
FLEXIBLE, PRACTICAL BULK CONTAINERS EASY TO PRODUCE The Related Art
The invention relates to bulk containers used to carry industrial products in particulate, powder or fluid form. The invention particularly relates to flexible, practical bulk container easy to produce by means of cut of fabric in different line and combination of it with a different cutting model.
Background of the Related Art today bulk containers of various sizes, forms and of different materials are used for carrying/transport of particulate and powder products produced in the industry. The bulk containers used widely are made of fabrics manufactured from poliolephine strips.
Poliolephin is a general term used to refer to a family made from a basic petro- chemical group known as olephins. They are used for manufacture of elastomeric and thermoplastic materials. The most important samples are polypropylene and polyethylene.
Today an FIC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) are rather used for carrying powder, granulate or fluid bulks. In order to provide quick and easy fill-discharge of bulks to be put into FIBC, top and bottom spaces are allocated for matching the filling/discharge apparatus such as a filling spout/discharge spout used as spout.
The patent documents numbered WO 3106296 A1 , GB 1591091 , GB 2063819, EP 0635439 and US 4207937 relate to FIBC. The said patents disclose manufacture of FIBC. In manufacture of FIBC two or more sewing or alternative combination methods of fabrics or as can be seen in patent numbered CA 2047725 woven fabric in the form of hose can also be used. Figure 1 shows FIBC widely used wherein fabrics cut in various length are combined by use of various sewing methods or different methods. The said filling spout and discharge spout are mounted onto top and bottom by means of a separate procedure.
As seen in Figure 1 , operations such as handling column mounting are also performed by application of the related art. Although differing depending on FIBC model, the fabrics are sewn at more than one sewing/cutting station, work and material flows are designed accordingly. Therefore, workmanship cost may vary accordingly.
In the related art, body fabric of the bulk container (Figure 1) and side sewing of filling and discharge spout are made. This causes both time and workforce loss. Therefore, it causes increase in production cost.
Again in the related art, if cover and bottom are of separate fabrics, they should be mounted onto FIBC body. This causes time and workforce loss, and increase in production cost.
In conclusion, existence of need for flexible, practical intermediate bulk containers easy to produce by help of simplification of cutting fabric in different line and combination with different cutting models and inadequacy of the existing solutions have all necessitated improvement in the related art.

Detailed Description of Invention
The bulk container (1) being subject of this invention is obtained with a special cutting of the fabric (K) manufactured in hose form of the above mentioned advantages. The cutting operation of the container (1) being subject of the invention is made as shown in Figure 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4, 5 or 6a, 6b.
When the fabric (K) from which the said container (1) is made is cut by use of hot cutting, ultrasound, lased or alternative methods, in case of combination of the cutting surfaces (Y) by means of sewing, ultrasonic joining, welding, gluing or alternative methods, the embodiments shown in Figures 7a - 7b or Figures 8, 9 and 10.
As seen in Figure 2a, articulated hose fabric (K) is cut from cutting surfaces (Y) and cutting area (A) is separated. In the said cutting method, the containers (1) are cut in a way they interlock. The parts to be filling or discharge spout (4, 6) are cut in a manner interlocking the part to form filling or discharge spout (4, 6) of the newt container (1). Thus the wastes after cutting is minimized. Upon a cut made in this way, fabrics of container 1 (I) and container 2 (II) are obtained. Figure 2b shows one container (1) fabrics for container 1 (I) and container 2 (II) without a filling or discharge spout (6) obtained in this way, The shaded zone is the cutting area (A) and indicates the waste remained from the fabric (K). As seen in Figure 3a, if the non-articulated hose fabric (K) is cut in accordance with the indicated cutting templates, one container (1) fabric (K) for container 1(1) and container 2 (II) wit a filling or discharge spout (4, 6) is obtained while in figure 3b, one container (1) fabric (K) for container 1(1) and container 2(11) without a filling or discharge spout (6). The shaded area is again cutting area (A) and shows the wastage.
As seen in figure 4, upon cutting the articulated hose fabric (K) according to the template, one container (1) fabric (K) is obtained. The shaded area is cutting area (A) and shows the wastage.
Figure 5 shows alternative cutting of the non-articulated hose fabric (K). While more wastage occurs with the said two alternatives indicated in figures 4 and 5, the same model container (1) is manufactured.
As seen in Figures 2a,3a,4 and 5 the cut fabrics (K) are connected by use of appropriate method for joining uppen joining lines (5) and lower joining lines (7) and thus bulk container (1) shown in figure 7a is obtained. Filling spout (4) of the container (1); discharge spout (6), side surfaces (2), cover surface (3) and bottom surface (8) are sewn on appropriate points, joining lines (5, 7) of single fabric (K) and bulk container (1) is obtained. The sewing can be made by means of compound line passing over the filling, discharge spouts body fabric and preferably carrying columns are sewn at the same time or separately as shown in figure 7b. Bottom surface (8) of the container (1) model indicated in figure 8 is sewn separately by means of cutting indicated in figures 2, 3b, 6a and 6b, and the container (1) with filling spout (4) or without filling spout (4) as shown in Figure 9 ready for closing is given the form of ceiling open discharge spout (6) position. Figure 10 shows the upper skirted versions with discharge spout (6) obtained by sewing the part called skirt (9) added on the upper part of the container (1) or top open with discharge spout (6).
Figure 7a shows perspective view of the mounting of the invention where only sewing of the spouts (4, 6) is made. Even the body of the fabric (K) is not in cut form, the sewing can be made. Figure 7b shows perspective view of the mounting where filling, discharge spouts (4, 6) of the invention and body fabric (K) is sewn with single line, it shows that de sewn is on the length of body fabric (K).
In an alternative preferred embodiment of the invention, the sewing is made along body fabric (K) and various carrying columns (10) are mounted together with or separate from the sewing.
In another alternative embodiment of the invention, cutting operation is performed by means of hot cutting, ultrasonic laser and sharp cutting object or by means of a method different from them.
In another alternative embodiment of the invention, what is meant with joining is the sewing and this sewing can be overlock single line or double line chain sewing overlock and chain sewing or by means of another type of piping, without piping
sewing gluing, welding methods. Joining can be made along all body fabric (K) or at a certain section.
In another alternative embodiment of the invention, the sizes and angles indicated in he cutting are given for better understanding and different lengths and sizes can also be applied. The sizes can be adjustable as per width and length of the bulk container (1), diameter and height of the filling, discharge spout (4,6).
In another alternative embodiment of the invention, the section of the fabric (K) where filling and discharge spout (4,6) are located is loosely woven or woven lighter and thus manufacture can be provided at less cost. In another alternative embodiment of the invention, width, warp and waft number, gr/m2 weight, areas of tightness of the articulated and non-articulated hose fabric (K) to be used in manufacture of the container (1) can vary depending on the product to be produced.
In another alternative embodiment of the invention, spout connection kardonets (11) and strips which can defined as accessories located on bulk container (1), spout tying ways, length and mounting way of column (10) (sewing onto the body fabric (K) in various lengths and ways for easy carrying during transportation of the bulk container (1), carrying by work machines such as crane, resistant fabric part to be combined) and other parts which can be defined as accessories can be made by means of various methods. The parts are provided by means of different accessories of the same model of the container (1).
