Abstract

【課題】  食品や飼料、農薬、工業用薬品、化粧品や医薬品等の合成中間体等として有用であり、有機合成における光学分割剤やキラルビルディングブロック剤としても重要な光学活性アミノ酸を、簡便かつ経済的に製造できる工業的に実施可能な方法を提供する。 【解決手段】  D-アミノニトリルとL-アミノニトリルの混合物からなるアミノニトリルに、両アミノニトリルの各々をD-アミノ酸アミドとL-アミノ酸アミドに変換する活性を有する新たに分離した<>ロドコッカス</>属に属する微生物由来の生体触媒と、D-アミノ酸アミドとL-アミノ酸アミドを互いにラセミ化する活性を有する生体触媒と、D-アミノ酸アミドとL-アミノ酸アミドの何れか一方を対応のD-アミノ酸またはL-アミノ酸に変換する活性を有する生体触媒を作用させる。
