Abstract

 本発明は、ランプの異常を検出するランプ異常検出装置に関する。  最大最小抽出回路(151)は、各ランプ駆動回路(140)から供給される電流の中から電流値が最大のものを最大電流(Imax)として出力し、電流値が最小のものを最小電流(Imin)として出力する。減算回路(152)は、最大電流(Imax)と最小電流(Imin)との差分を算出し、増幅後の差分を差分電圧(ΔV)として出力する。比較回路(153)は、差分電圧(ΔV)と所定の閾値電圧とを比較し、比較結果を制御信号(S)として出力する。制御回路(130)は、閾値電圧よりも差分電圧(ΔV)の方が大きいことを制御信号(S)が示していれば、ランプ駆動回路の動作を停止させる。
