Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une lampe à décharge comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) réalisation d'une partie supérieure (2) sous forme de plaque et d'une partie inférieure (3) sous forme de plaque, au moins une zone de la partie supérieure (2) et/ou de la partie inférieure (3) étant constituée d'un matériau transparent; b) application d'une couche de substance luminescente (21, 31) sur une surface (2a, 3a) de la partie supérieure (2) et/ou de la partie inférieure (3); c) mise en place d'une pluralité d'éléments d'écartement (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b) entre la partie supérieure (2) et la partie inférieure (3), ces deux parties (2, 3) étant placées à une certaine distance l'une de l'autre, de sorte que ladite couche de substance luminescente (21, 31) fait face à l'autre partie (2, 3); d) élimination de l'eau retenue dans la couche de substance luminescente (21, 31) et de l'eau accumulée sur ladite couche par production d'un flux de gaz (6) passant entre la partie supérieure (2) et la partie inférieure (3); e) réalisation d'une jonction étanche au gaz sur le bord périphérique (13, 14, 15, 16) de la partie supérieure (2) et de la partie inférieure (3).
