Abstract

 本発明による光ディスク装置は、初期値設定部、出力レベル設定部、パルス幅設定部を有する記録ストラテジ調整部を具備する。初期値設定部は、基本記録ストラテジとして、レーザ光のパルス幅及び出力レベルの初期値を設定する。出力レベル設定部は、基本記録ストラテジの出力レベルを変化させて出力した複数の第1調整用レーザ光によって、記録ストラテジの出力レベルを調整する。パルス幅設定部は、出力レベル設定部において調整された前記出力レベルに固定し、前記基本ストラテジのパルス幅を変化させて出力した複数の第2調整用レーザ光によって、記録ストラテジのパルス幅を調整する。
