Abstract

　表示装置は、少なくとも一方が透明又は半透明である一対の第１電極及び第２電極と、前記第１電極と前記第２電極との間に挟まれて設けられている発光層と、を備え、前記発光層は、第１半導体物質よりなる多結晶体構造であって、前記多結晶体構造の粒界に前記第１半導体物質とは異なる第２半導体物質が偏析していると共に、前記発光層は、所定範囲を選択的に発光可能な複数の画素領域と、前記画素領域の少なくとも一部を区切る非画素領域とを有する。
