Definitions

  • the object of the present invention is a machine for the manufacturing of semi-finished beauty products and in detail it concerns a machine for the moulding of kiln dried material. It is well-known that the production process to obtain kiln dried material, that is semi-finished beauty products consisting of a cosmetic properly moulded substance set on a bearing bottom plate and put in a drying kiln, implies an initial phase when the cosmetic pasty substance is placed in a feed hopper.
  • the required quantity of material is taken from the hopper and then deposited on a bearing bottom plate made of plastic, ceramic or other material.
  • the withdrawal of the material implies some problems basically due to the very viscous nature of the cosmetic substance which cannot often be taken in the right quantity to be deposited on the bottom plate as it might create, as a result, a product with hollows, perforations or incompleteness caused by lack of material. This determines of course a reject of product during the quality testing.
  • This operation is usually carried out manually by operators who, beyond not guaranteeing a perfect reproducibility of the products, because they are different from one another, obviously contaminate the cosmetic material and can damage the semi-finished product so much that it must be discarded.

It should be noted that to obviate the imperfections accomplished in the bottom plate 7 - particularly numerous if the bottom plate is in ceramic - in case the element 26 is a single piece, this will be elastically deformable in order to be able to modify the passage area at least between the dimensions of the bottom plates.
