Abstract
L'invention concerne un roulement à bille de petit diamètre qui peut accepter une importante plage de tolérance de désalignement, qui peut prolonger la durée de vie du roulement par la suppression de l'endommagement du roulement à un stade initial, et qui est employé dans un dispositif tel que l'erreur de fixation de palier ne peut pas être réduite en raison de la structure d'un dispositif, tel qu'une machine de bureau. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de fixation l'employant. Plusieurs billes (4) sont disposées respectivement entre les chemins de roulement d'une bague interne (2) et d'une bague externe (3) formées d'acier à roulement, la bague interne étant ajustée sur un arbre d'un diamètre unique, la surface de diamètre interne de la bague interne ayant une forme sphérique convexe le long de la direction axiale et sa section transversale dans la direction axiale ayant une seule forme d'arc, et le rayon de l'arc étant de 0,5-50 fois le diamètre de la bille (4). Dans un tel roulement à bille de petit diamètre, l'intervalle entre les bagues interne et externe est rempli de graisse (7), et la bague interne a le diamètre intérieur de 4-50 nm, l'arbre de l'élément rotatif dans le dispositif de fixation étant supporté par ce roulement.
