Abstract

L'invention concerne une cale d'amortissement pour plaquette de frein utilisée dans un système de frein à disque. La cale d'amortissement présente une paire de fentes formées au niveau d'une zone prédéterminée de la cale d'amortissement de manière à être opposées l'une à l'autre, et un dissipateur, une partie de la cale d'amortissement située entre les fentes étant comprimée de manière à faire saillie dans une direction à une hauteur prédéterminée. Ainsi, lorsqu'une structure anti-torsion est formée dans une cale d'amortissement, la zone dans laquelle la base d'acier constituant la cale d'amortissement est soumise à une déformation plastiques est minimisée. De plus, la formation d'une bavure est évitée au cours de l'usinage, et la durée et les coûts de production peuvent être efficacement réduits. La cale d'amortissement présente également une meilleure limite d'élasticité et une meilleure planéité par rapport à une structure de manchon connue.
