Abstract

　カフ１、カフ１を加圧する加圧手段２、カフ１を減圧する減圧手段４、カフ１の圧力を検出する圧力検出手段５、圧力検出手段５により検出されたカフ圧信号に重畳された脈波成分を検出する脈波成分検出手段１１、脈波成分検出手段１１により検出された脈波成分から脈波振幅値を算出する脈波振幅値算出手段１２、減圧過程の初期に捉えた脈波振幅値がしきい値以下である場合にカフ圧が十分であると判定し、そうでない場合にカフ圧不足であると判定する加圧不足判定手段２０を備える。加圧不足判定手段２０は、加圧時脈波情報検出手段１５により検出された脈波情報に基づいて加圧停止圧推定確度算出手段１８で算出された加圧停止圧推定確度が非常に高い場合、加圧不足の判定を行わない。また、加圧停止圧推定確度に応じて、しきい値を変更する。
