Abstract

 本発明のX線撮像素子及び方法並びにX線撮像装置では、X線が可視光に変換されてから回折格子で回折され、そして、その回折された可視光の像が撮像される。このため、本発明は、回折格子における回折部材の厚さを従来よりも薄くすることができる。
