図1は、実施形態におけるX線撮像装置の構成を示す説明図である。図2は、実施形態におけるX線撮像素子の構成を示す説明図である。
被写体SがX線源13と第1回折格子12との間に配置され、X線撮像装置1のユーザによって図略の操作部から被写体Sの撮像が指示されると、処理部16のシステム制御部162は、被写体Sに向けてXを照射すべくX線制御部17に制御信号を出力する。この制御信号によってX線制御部17は、X線電源部14にX線源13へ給電させ、X線源13は、X線を放射して被写体Sに向けてX線を照射する。
Claims (8)
- X線を可視光に変換するX線変換素子と、
前記X線変換素子によって変換された可視光を回折する回折格子と、
前記回折格子によって回折された可視光を撮像する撮像素子とを備えること
を特徴とするX線撮像素子。 - 前記回折格子は、透過型であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線撮像素子。 - 前記回折格子は、振幅型回折格子または位相型回折格子であること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載のX線撮像素子。 - 前記回折格子は、一次元周期であること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載のX線撮像素子。 - 前記回折格子は、二次元周期であること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載のX線撮像素子。 - 前記二次元周期の周期構造は、正方格子配列または三角格子配列であること
を特徴とする請求項5に記載のX線撮像素子。 - X線を可視光に変換する変換工程と、
前記変換工程によって変換された可視光を回折する回折工程と、
前記回折工程によって回折された可視光を撮像する撮像工程とを備えること
を特徴とするX線撮像方法。 - X線を放射するX線源と、
前記X線源から放射されたX線によってタルボ効果を生じるタルボ用回折格子と、
前記タルボ用回折格子によって回折されたX線を撮像するX線撮像素子とを備え、
前記X線撮像素子は、請求項1ないし請求項6の何れか1項に記載のX線撮像素子であって、
前記X線変換素子は、前記タルボ用回折格子からタルボ距離離れている位置に配置されること
を特徴とするX線撮像装置。
