Abstract

L'invention porte sur un interphone extérieur et-ou une station vidéo de porte d'entrée dotée d'aides à la configuration et fournissant des informations d'utilisation et des informations audio et-ou vidéo concernant l'utilisateur interne habilité, telles que les heures de bureau, la présence et l'absence, des messages d'utilisateur etc, sur la carte du bâtiment, pour fournir au visiteur des instructions quant à la façon d'atteindre le locataire appelé et-ou d'autres services et informations de sécurité, et contrôler les zones communes et privées du bâtiment et fournir des informations et afficher des images en cas d'alarme. Les information, messages, configurations et paramètres peuvent être saisis et modifiés au moyen d'un clavier ou d'un ordinateur relié par un bus bifilaire vidéo multimédias de porte d'entrée c.-à-d. via des réseaux Ethernet, Wi-Fi et Bluetooth, des téléphones cellulaires ou des transpondeurs RFID.
