Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) pour agiter le contenu d'un fermenteur ou d'un digesteur (1). Ce dispositif (10) comprend un système d'agitation (20) pourvu de moyens d'agitation (32, 34, 36) et un système d'entraînement (8) servant à mettre en rotation le système d'agitation (20) autour d'un axe d'agitation (22), la force d'entraînement pour mettre en rotation le système d'agitation (20) étant appliquée sur ledit système d'agitation (20) à distance radialement de l'axe d'agitation (22). L'invention se caractérise en ce que le système d'entraînement (8) et le système d'agitation (20) présentent un premier et un deuxième moyen d'entraînement (12, 14) venant en prise l'un avec l'autre par complémentarité de forme de façon détachable, ces moyens permettant de transmettre la force d'entraînement pour mettre en rotation le système d'agitation (20) par complémentarité de forme du système d'entraînement (8) au système d'agitation (20). L'invention concerne également un fermenteur ou un digesteur (1) pourvu d'un tel dispositif (10).
