Definitions
- Spraying device for dispensing liquids
- the invention relates to an injection device for dispensing liquids according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a spray device is known for example from DE 10 2004 047 585 A1.
- This spraying device has an active ingredient reservoir and a drug reservoir.
- the drug reservoir is concentrated liquid pesticide.
- the liquid active substance located in the active substance storage container can be fed to the active ingredient supply container via a discharge line.
- the concentrated drug in the vicinity of the dispensing nozzles is fed into the carrier liquid.
- prediluted active substance can also be introduced into the active substance preliminary container.
- a predilution pump is provided, which sucks an exactly defined amount of active substance and carrier liquid per pressure pulse and fills it with the active ingredient reservoir in dilute liquid during the dispensing process.
- This type of pre-dilution of the concentrated active ingredient is relatively expensive and therefore expensive due to the predilution pump and during the predilution during the dispensing process.
- the invention has for its object to improve the known injection device for dispensing liquids or the method for using an injection device to the effect that with simple means a trouble-free dosing of the active agent only immediately before application in the carrier liquid outside the liquid tank in the carrier liquid.
- the active agent agent is prediluted in a separate operation prior to the application of the liquid on agricultural land in the premixer and then the prediluted drug agent is fed into the carrier liquid through the metering pump.
- the prediluted drug agent is fed into the carrier liquid, so that only very little carrier liquid is contaminated.
- An advantageous feed of the prediluted active agent into the carrier liquid and thorough mixing of the prediluted active agent with the carrier liquid is achieved in that a mixing device is arranged between the feed point of the prediluted active agent in the carrier liquid line and the spray nozzles of the spray bar assembly in the carrier liquid line.
- An advantageous embodiment of the spraying device for prediluting the active agent can be achieved in that the premix container has at least such a volume that sufficient vorverPhyntes drug agent from the premix container tuned to the sufficient supply of prediluted drug in the liquid tank located in the carrier liquid carrier liquid to the maximum capacity of carrier liquid the liquid tank is receivable.
- An advantageous dimensioning of the premix container can be ensured by the fact that the capacity of the premix container max. 1/10 volume of the liquid tank or at least 100 l.
- the metering line which is arranged between the premix container and the carrier liquid line, in which the metering pump is arranged, as seen in the flow direction behind the arranged in the carrier liquid line pump opens into the carrier liquid line.
- the metering line which is arranged between the premix container and the carrier liquid line and in which the metering pump is arranged, opens into the carrier liquid line, viewed in the flow direction, before the pump arranged in the carrier liquid line.
- a simpler designed metering pump can be used, which feeds the prediluted active agent in the region of the carrier liquid line, in which the carrier liquid located in the line is not yet pressurized, but is in the intake state.
- the metering pump it is therefore not necessary that the metering pump must feed the prediluted active agent against an increased pressure of the carrier liquid line.
- a mixing device is assigned to the premix container.
- a simple implementation of a method for dispensing the liquids with the spray device described above is achieved by prediluting and / or dissolving the active ingredient with a diluent liquid in a separate operation before applying the liquid to agricultural surfaces in the premix container such that at least as much active agent vorverPlannt in the premix tank in this operation and dissolved, sufficient for at least for application with a carrier liquid amount that can accommodate the carrier liquid tank maximum, and that during the injection process via the metering the at least one prediluted and / or dissolved active ingredient in the carrier liquid line in metered Way fed and in the mixing chamber, the at least one prediluted drug agent is uniformly mixed with the carrier liquid.
- the active agent agent is mixed in a prediluted manner for one or more fillings of the liquid tank - Larger amounts of spray can be carried for several liquid tank fillings of carrier liquid
- Mixing of the prediluted active substance liquid can be carried out separately from the filling of the liquid tank with carrier liquid
- the spray system according to the invention is salaried entrepreneur and committed raveelift
- premix container only as much drug is prediluted, as he needed for the labde area.
- Many customers can be operated individually with a carrier liquid filling the liquid tank, it must only be diluted in each case the required amount of active ingredient, which is then fed to the carrier liquid located in the liquid tank usually water directly from the application of the carrier liquid.
