Abstract

 前処理方法としてTCA除タンパク法に着目しLC-MS/MSを行った。血漿中のPTH類似体、CNP-22の測定について、TCA除タンパク処理した後LC-MS/MSを行った場合と、他の除タンパク法の場合と結果を比較した。TCA除タンパク法は、他の前処理方法と比較して非常に高い回収率を示した。また、プロダクトイオンに単一アミノ酸由来のインモニウムイオンを用いるSRM測定を組み合わせることで高感度測定が可能となった。本方法のバリデーション結果からは、本発明の方法が十分な再現性および真度のみならず、高感度の方法であることが示された。本発明の方法は、病気の診断や薬物動態試験にも応用可能である。
