Abstract

【課題】 角型形状への構成が簡単で安定した振動特性を得ることが可能な多機能型振動アクチュエータを提供する。 【解決手段】 磁気回路部を支持するサスペンションを枠状形状に構成することで磁気回路の駆動時、サスペンションに働く捻れ方向の復元力をサスペンション全体で使用することが可能となり、安定した振動特性を得ることができる。また、ヨークに傾斜部を設けることで磁気回路の駆動時にサスペンションとヨークとの接触を防ぐという効果をも得ている。
