Abstract

 移動ブロック毎に目視で簡単に潤滑状態を検出することができる潤滑状態検出装置を提供する。  軌道部材2と移動ブロック1との間に電圧を印加して、軌道部材2と移動ブロック1との間の電気抵抗を検出する。加減抵抗器によって設定されたしきい値と、検出された電気抵抗とを比較する。運動案内装置の移動ブロックに、比較結果に基づいて発光する発光素子を設ける。移動ブロックが走行しながら電気抵抗の比較結果を表示するので、目視で簡単に移動ブロックの潤滑状態を判断することができる。
