Abstract
L'invention concerne un système utilisé pour équilibrer un moment perturbateur dans un dispositif à mouvement alternatif par balancement, comprenant un dispositif mécanique et un système de commande. Le dispositif mécanique comprend une tige de connexion, un système hydraulique et un rouleau. La tige de connexion du dispositif mécanique et une tige de piston du système hydraulique sont reliées par leurs extrémités. L'autre extrémité de la tige de connexion est solidement connectée à un essieu de balancement générant le moment perturbateur. Le centre de liaison se trouve situé sur une ligne de connexion d'un barycentre de l'élément de balancement générant le moment perturbateur et un centre d'essieu de balancement correspondant. Le rouleau est monté au niveau de la partie inférieure d'un cylindre hydraulique du système hydraulique. Une entrée de liquide et une sortie de liquide sont situées au niveau de la partie inférieure du cylindre hydraulique. Le système de commande est constitué d'une unité de commande à pression constante pouvant adapter le moment perturbateur généré par la différence de poids des pièces. La présente invention concerne le dispositif de balancement générant le moment perturbateur, par exemple une table de rotation biaxiale, et propose un système d'équilibrage du moment perturbateur, améliorant ainsi la stabilité et la fiabilité du système, modifiant la pratique classique selon laquelle le moment perturbateur est équilibré par augmentation du couple de sortie d'un moteur électrique, et présentant des avantages tels que la réduction des coûts d'utilisation du moteur électrique, etc..
