Abstract

L'invention concerne le traitement de métaux par pression et peut s'utiliser dans le forgeage de lingots et de blancs au moyen de presses de forgeage et de machines à compression radiale. Quatre percuteurs sont montés sur des supports possédant des plans inclinés avec des plaques anti-frottement qu'ils comportent. Les supports des percuteurs supérieur et inférieur sont reliés cinématiquement aux supports de percuteurs latéraux. Sur les plans latéraux de supports de percuteurs supérieur et inférieur ou sur les plans inclinés de supports de percuteurs latéraux on a monté des guides de centrage, qui sont disposés dans des logements de centrage formés par les parois des logements de supports de percuteurs latéraux ou des logements de supports de percuteurs inférieur et supérieur et les plans latéraux des plaques anti-frottement correspondantes. On a prévu dans ce dispositif des guides d'écartement latéraux avec une section en F. La largeur de la surface de travail de chaque percuteur est de 0,5 à 0,9 de la largeur de sa surface d'appui. La surface de contact totale des plaques anti-frottement des supports de percuteurs latéraux avec les plaques anti-frottement des supports des percuteurs supérieur et inférieur dans un dispositif fermé (S1) et la surface total des projections des surfaces de travail des percuteurs latéraux sur le plan de symétrie longitudinale du dispositif (S2) correspondent à la proportion S1 / S2 >= 2,5. L'invention permet d'augmenter la durée de vie du dispositif.
