Abstract

 本発明の課題は、発光輝度及び効率の向上した青色リン光発光素子及びその材料を提供することにある。  本発明の課題は、一般式(1): (式中、Mはケイ素原子もしくはゲルマニウム原子を表す。Ar1、Ar2は同一もしくは異なっていても良く、アリール基又は複素アリール基を表し、その任意の水素原子がハロゲン原子、アルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アルケニル基、アリール基、アラルキル基、アルコキシ基、またはアリールオキシ基で置換されていても良く、また隣接したAr1、Ar2が直接、又はエーテル結合、チオエーテル結合、アルキレン基、オキサアルキレン基、もしくはチアアルキレン基を介して結合していても良い。) で示されるビス(3-アリールアミノ)ジフェニル金属化合物によって解決される。
