Abstract

 鋼材を圧延、鍛造もしくは矯正加工するラインに鋼板の加熱処理により、所望の鋼板製品を製造する鋼板製造ラインの加熱制御方法及びその装置を提供するもので、温度制御のみならず、材質を誘導加熱装置の加熱条件として加熱制御を行うことが可能となる。  鋼板を圧延、鍛造若しくは矯正加工する処理と鋼板を加熱する加熱処理により、所望の鋼板製品を製造する鋼板製造ラインにおいて、鋼板の加熱処理として、鋼板幅方向全体に渡って加熱するソレノイド式誘導加熱装置と、鋼板材質を測定する材質センサを配置して、材質センサにより鋼板材料の材質(粒径)を測定して、その測定値に基づいて加熱条件を制御して、鋼板を加熱することを特徴とするものである。
