Abstract

 潤滑剤を摺動部表面に継続的に供給することができ、優れた低摩擦・低摩耗性を有する摺動材組成物を提供する。本発明の摺動材組成物は、樹脂材料に、多孔質シリカおよび潤滑剤を少なくとも配合してなる摺動材組成物であって、上記多孔質シリカおよび潤滑剤の合計配合量が 30~60 容量%であり、モンテカルロ法の原理を利用した所定の計算方法において求めた多孔質シリカに潤滑剤が保持された含油多孔質シリカの連通率が 20 %以上である。
