Abstract

【課題】　変位センサのコイルの巻き数を減少させて、インピーダンスを低くしつつ、出力信号の直線性を維持する。 【解決手段】　変位センサは、一次コイル２と、二次コイル４ａ、４ｂと、測定対象物の変位に応じて移動する可動磁芯６とを、備え、可動磁芯６の移動に応じて変位センサの出力信号が変化する。一次コイル２、二次コイル４ａ、４ｂは、可動磁芯６の周囲に巻回され、二次コイル４ａ、４ｂの端部付近における巻線ピッチが、中途における巻線ピッチよりも狭く形成されている。
