Definitions

  • This invention is applicable wherever the application of mechanical force is necessary, for example, in agriculture for the movement of agricultural equipment or flying off-road.
  • cathode plates are located at the edges in electric batteries; the anode ones on the edge are bent (see, for example, T. Erdei-Gruz, “Chemical Energy Sources)”, p. 221).
  • a near-cathode potential drop is formed, which “detects” the force acting on the cathode, which is not on the anode.
  • the forces on such plates arise as a result of the passage of current through the interface between the metal and the liquid.
  • An unsupported propulsion device contains at least one interface between dissimilar, in electrical or other properties, materials, such as gas and liquid, and this surface is oriented across the direction of the received force. The force is obtained when passing through this surface, the masses in the form of an electric current or during condensation (sublimation, adsorption). This may be the interface between the electrode and the electrolyte liquid, between the gas (vapor) and the liquid, for example, in a porous cooler.
  • the drawing illustrates the invention, which shows a generalized element of an unsupported propulsion.
  • the main element of the mover is the contact surface 1 between the plate 2, for example of metal and electrolyte 3 in the tank 4, transverse to the direction of the force F.
  • the electrodes 5 are also in contact with the electrolyte 3 on their surfaces, which can be oriented to strengthen the force F and have conclusions for connection into an electric circuit, for example, through an energy source, with plate 2.
  • tank 4 there can be gas (steam) under pressure, and plate 2 can be a porous cooler, electrode 5 can be a porous evaporator.
  • the supportless force F in the proposed propulsion device occurs when an electric current passes through the interface 1 between the plate 2 and the liquid 3 due to the mass flow of ions, or when the mass of the substance passes through it with a phase transition.
