  • the playback devices can preferably be arranged in different media, in stacked situation thereof, in a displaced or different position relative to each other as seen in top view, in order to distribute the height of the media relative to a fixed location in each medium.
  • the overall thickness of the stack of media can be greatly reduced relative to a stack of media in which all playback devices are stacked directly above one another.
  • Such an arrangement is inter alia possible when the playback device is provided as a structural unit, whereby a simple placing of such a unit becomes possible.
  • the location of a playback device in a subsequent medium in the stack is preferably shifted one or a small number of positions relative to the previous one in the stack. It is important here that the stacking height is increased minimally by applying the playback device in each medium, while the "offsetting" between playback devices lying mutually adjacently in top view progresses as gradually as possible. This for instance prevents excessive curving or offsetting occurring in the sheets of the media while they are situated in the stack.
  • a further aspect of the present invention relates to a method for applying a playback device according to the present invention, comprising steps for: - providing the playback device, - arranging the playback device in a soft-sheet medium.

  • An adhesive or mastic can be provided for this purpose, although it is also possible for metal connecting parts to be used. A combination hereof is also possible.

  • a housing for the device of figure 1 can be thinner than that for the device of figure 2. It is otherwise not necessary for such a packaging to be applied. It is for instance also possible to glue a device according to figure 1 into a magazine by means of a sheet of paper. A sticker can also be applied for this purpose.

  • the devices are placed at different positions on the page so that the different playback devices are placed at different locations as seen in top view when magazines are stacked in a pile. Because the paper of the magazine can curve round the thickness of the playback devices, the thickness of mutually adjacent playback devices, as seen in top view, will not make the stack any thicker than substantially the number of devices divided by the number of placing positions of the device in the stack as seen from above.
  • the increased thickness of a stack of nine magazines is substantially about the thickness of one playback device.
  • the magazines are curved slightly here in order to adjust to the presence of the playback devices.
  • the device according to one or more of the embodiments can be applied in a packaging for foodstuffs.
  • the volume of this packaging for foodstuffs can here advantageously be kept the same or be only slightly increased.
  • Many foodstuff packages have a small space above or adjacently of the packaged product, in which only a compact playback device according to the present invention is possible.
  • An example hereof is a jar of sandwich spread such as peanut butter, in which only a small space is available above the peanut butter for holding the device. It is also the case in packs of coffee that there is a considerable space limitation. In this case it is advantageous when no or only a limited extra volume is used, whereby for instance the logistically significant quantity of packs on a pallet is not affected.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de lecture destiné à lire un enregistrement, lequel comprend de préférence une piste vocale, dans un support à feuille souple. Ce dispositif comprend une unité d'enregistrement telle qu'une mémoire servant à stocker l'enregistrement, une alimentation destinée à fournir de l'énergie pour la lecture, au moins un élément de lecture permettant une lecture audible de l'enregistrement, et un interrupteur permettant de passer en mode 'marche' et en mode 'arrêt'. Le dispositif peut être mis en oeuvre dans le support à feuille souple, l'interrupteur étant fonctionnel dans ledit support à feuille souple.
