Abstract

 プレッシャレギュレータ1は、流入口9を備えた小径流路6と、流体流出口12を備えた大径流路5とを備えたハウジング2を有する。小径流路6と大径流路5はハウジング2内で連通しており、小径流路6と大径流路5との接続部には、大径流路5に臨んで小径流路6の開口8が形成されている。大径流路5内には、開口8の周縁部11に当接するボール3が配置され、ボール3はバルブスプリング4にて周縁部11に圧接される。ボール3の上端部にはバルブガイド17が取り付けられている。バルブガイド17には、大径流路5の内周壁5aと接触するガイド片17bが設けられている。ボール3はバルブガイド17によって動作が規制され、開弁時等におけるボール3の振動が抑えられる。
