Abstract

Cette invention a pour objet un procédé de production, d'une manière simple, d'un dérivé d'acide 2-pyridone-3-carboxylique substitué en position 1, un intermédiaire important pour la production d'un dérivé de 2-pyridone-3-carbamoyle qui possède une activité agoniste des récepteurs des cannabinoïdes et un procédé de production, d'une manière simple, du dérivé de 2-pyridone-3-carbamoyle. Cette invention concerne spécifiquement un procédé de production d'un composé représenté par la formule (II), qui comprend : une étape (A) pour hydrolyser un composé représenté par la formule générale (I) ; et une étape (B) pour l'addition d'un alcool à l'hydrolysat du composé représenté par la formule générale (I) produit dans l'étape (A) pour produire un cristal du composé représenté par la formule générale (II). (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un groupe alkyle qui peut être substitué par un substituant non réactif, ou analogues ; R2 et R3 représentent indépendamment un groupe alkyle ou analogues, ou R2 et R3, conjointement avec un atome de carbone adjacent à R2 et R3, peuvent former un groupe cycloalcène ; R4 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou analogues ; et R5 représente un groupe alkyle.
