Abstract

　本発明の配列番号１～７６のいずれかで表されるアミノ酸配列からなるペプチド、これらアミノ酸配列において、１もしくは数個のアミノ酸が置換、欠失、挿入または付加されたアミノ酸配列からなり、かつ、活性化した血管内皮細胞への結合能または取込能を有するペプチド、あるいは前記ペプチドを部分配列として含有し、かつ、活性化した血管内皮細胞への結合能または取込能を有するペプチドは、新生血管内皮細胞に特異的に結合する新規なペプチドリガンドであり、このようなリガンドは、固形腫瘍などの血管新生を伴う疾患の治療、診断のために有効に使用できる。
