課題 撮影画像に対する適応的な画像劣化検出処理を、簡単な構成によって短時間で行なうことができるようにする。 解決手段 入力画像の画面領域(31)の相関係数決定領域(35)を設定し(S21)、相関係数決定領域から相関係数を算出して、入力画像の特性を反映した閾値を決定し(S22)、閾値を用いて境界探索による相関係数を決定し(S24)、画像の劣化を判別する(S25)。
