Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Konfigurieren eines an ein Netzwerk (2) angeschlossenen netzwerkfähigen Geräts (1), welches mehrere Netzwerkadressen (IPfix, IPi) für einen Anschluss (4) aufweist, über welche das Gerät (1) im Netzwerk (2) angesprochen werden kann, sowie ein solches netzwerkfähiges Gerät (1) und eine Photovoltaik-Anlage. Zur Ermöglichung der Konfiguration eines netzwerkfähigen Geräts (1) auch bei unbekannter Netzwerkadresse ist vorgesehen, dass eine fix vorgegebene Netzwerkadresse (IPfix) und zumindest eine veränderbare Netzwerkadresse (IPi) in zumindest einem Speicher (5, 6) hinterlegt wird, und dass für den Betrieb des Gerätes (1) auf eine Netzwerkadresse (IPfix, IPi) hardwaremäßig mit einer Aktivierungseinrichtung (7) umgeschaltet wird, wobei bei Aktivierung der fix definierten Netzwerkadresse (IPfix) die Konfiguration des Gerätes (1) sowie die zumindest eine veränderbare Netzwerkadresse (IPi) erhalten bleibt.
