Abstract

【課題】システムに生じた障害を精度良く検出する。 【解決手段】ディスパッチャ装置と、複数の第１階層サーバと、少なくとも１つの第２階層サーバとを備えるシステムを提供する。各ディスパッチャ装置は、外部の端末装置から受けた処理要求を一の第１階層サーバに転送し、それぞれの第２階層サーバの稼動状態を、転送されたこの処理要求に対応する処理応答に含めて受信し、受信した稼動状態に基づいて第２階層サーバ毎の稼動状態を示す状態テーブルを生成し、状態テーブルを各第１階層サーバに送信する。また、何れかの第１階層サーバから受信した状態テーブルにより既に記憶している状態テーブルを更新する。
