Abstract

 本発明は、オレフィンまたはα,β-不飽和アルデヒドからα,β-不飽和カルボン酸の製造に使用したパラジウム含有金属担持触媒の再生処理方法を提供する。  本発明では、オレフィンまたはα,β-不飽和アルデヒドを分子状酸素により液相中で酸化してα,β-不飽和カルボン酸を製造するために使用したパラジウム含有金属担持触媒の再生処理方法において、使用後のパラジウム含有金属担持触媒を、分子状酸素の存在下、150~700°Cの温度で焼成処理することによって、パラジウムの少なくとも一部をパラジウム酸化物に変える焼成工程と、焼成処理されて得られたパラジウム酸化物を還元処理する還元工程とを有する方法により、パラジウム含有金属担持触媒を再生する。
