Abstract

 金属に生じる応力を高精度に検出する。  回転軸Sに生じる捻り応力(トルク)を検出するトルクセンサ1であって、回転軸Sに対して近接配置される検出コイルLと、該検出コイルLに対して直列又は並列に接続されるコンデンサCとが備えられ、検出コイルLとコンデンサCとからなる共振回路2に対して駆動信号を出力し、該駆動信号の出力停止後に共振回路2から減衰状に出力される自由振動波の位相ズレ成分にもとづいて、回転軸Sに生じる捻り応力を検出する。
