Abstract

L'invention concerne un liant aqueux pour fibres inorganiques, qui permet d'améliorer l'adhérence entre des fibres inorganiques sans détériorer la fluidité du liant et la résistance d'un produit polymérisé ou du liant. L'invention décrit également un matériau absorbant acoustique thermiquement isolant à fibres inorganiques qui utilise un tel liant aqueux pour fibres inorganiques. En particulier, des fibres inorganiques sont dotées d'un liant aqueux pour fibres inorganiques qui contient, en termes de teneur en solide, 0,1-10 parts par masse de solution de silice aqueuse et/ou de solution d'alumine aqueuse pour 100 parts par masse de la teneur en résine dans une composition de résine thermodurcissable soluble dans l'eau, puis elles sont chauffées et polymérisées, produisant ainsi un matériau absorbant acoustique thermiquement isolant à fibres inorganiques.
