Abstract

 微粒子凝集反応を利用して、対象となる生体分子または生体関連物質の簡便かつ高精度の分離精製方法を提供する。また、微粒子凝集体を電気化学または表面プラズモン共鳴などの非蛍光法における検出マーカーとして利用するマイクロ流体回路を提供する。該分離精製方法は、標識対象物質と特異的に反応する標識物質により修飾された微粒子と、標識対象物質を含む生体分子または生体関連物質との反応により微粒子凝集体を生成する工程と、微粒子凝集体を分離精製する工程とを備える。該マイクロ流体回路は、該分離精製方法を利用する。
