Abstract

L'invention concerne l'emballage et plus particulièrement des boîtes destinées à accueillir des articles plats; elle peut s'utiliser notamment pour accueillir un emballage plat hermétique d'un fil dentaire. Elle permet d'assurer un meilleur confort d'utilisation grâce à la possibilité d'extraire pièce par pièce les emballages plats contenus dans la boîte après l'ouverture du couvercle rabattable et sa fermeture consécutive après utilisation. Selon l'invention, la boîte pour articles plats est fabriquée à partir d'un blanc en forme de feuille, séparé par des lignes de pliage en direction des parois supérieure et latérales, avec des rabats destinés à former des parois d'extrémité ainsi qu'un fond; la boîte est munie d'un insert disposé dans la boîte et fabriqué à partir d'un blanc plat, séparé par des lignes de pliage sur le fond, ainsi que des parois latérales avec des languettes servant à former des parois d'extrémité. Le fond de l'insert comporte des lignes des revers séparés par des lignes de pliage et dont un est muni de deux rabats de forme triangulaire qui rejoignent les surfaces internes des parois latérales destinées à former un plan incliné sur une partie du revers. Les parois supérieure et latérales de la boîte comportent une ligne de découpe symétrique commune en zigzag, qui se transforme en une ligne de moindre résistance pour former un couvercle rabattable.
