Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et des dispositifs de remplissage automatique de contenants pliables pourvus d'anses latérales et d'une goulotte de remplissage, tels que des conteneurs souples. Ce procédé consiste à préparer des contenants pliés (3) parmi lesquels le contenant supérieur est prélevé par un dispositif de levage (13), puis à le transférer à une station de remplissage (4) avec une goulotte de remplissage retournée vers l'intérieur (21). Ensuite, au niveau de cette station de remplissage, un tuyau de descente (57) raccordé à une extrémité à un réservoir (58) est introduit dans le contenant à travers la goulotte de remplissage repliée vers l'intérieur (61), la goulotte de remplissage est enchâssée et le contenant est mis sous pression. Après déploiement du tuyau de descente (57), impliquant un retournement de la goulotte de remplissage (61), les anses (27, 28) sont saisies et bloquées à force au moyen de griffes (25, 26), le contenant (5) est rempli, la goulotte de remplissage (61) est détachée, puis le contenant rempli et fermé (5) est transféré à une station suivante.
