Abstract

L'invention de séparation de déchets plastiques se rapporte au domaine de transformation des plastiques et peut s'utiliser pour séparer un mélange de matières premières plastiques possédant des poids spécifiques différents, par exemple, dans le recyclage de déchets plastiques. L'installation comprend un dispositif de chargement, un réservoir rempli d'un liquide de séparation, un mélangeur et son entraînement. Le mélangeur de l'installation se présente comme un tuyau doté d'une vis de transport qui relie le dispositif de chargement avec le réservoir et dont les parties inférieure et supérieure comprennent des mécanismes de déchargement. Le tuyau à vis de déchargement est monté horizontal ou avec un angle d'inclinaison dans un plan vertical compris entre 1 et 30°, et les mécanismes de déchargement se présentent comme des vis alors qu'on utilise en tant que liquide de séparation de l'eau, une solution à base d'eau ou un mélange de liquides.
