Abstract

L'invention concerne un générateur de gazéification qui possède un corps (1), un canal de carburant (2) pour l'alimentation en carburant et les procédés de gazéification et un ou plusieurs tuyaux d'oxydation (10), pour fournir le gaz d'oxydation au canal de carburant. Les extrémités de refoulement de gaz d'oxydation (11) des tuyaux d'oxydation sont mobiles à l'intérieur du canal de carburant, de sorte que le point d'oxydation peut être déplacé dans le procédé de gazéification. Lesdites extrémités peuvent être déplacées séparément ou en groupes. Le nombre de tuyaux d'oxydation peut être choisi en fonction de la taille du générateur de gazéification et d'après la précision de réglage souhaitée du procédé de combustion. Le canal de carburant du générateur de gazéification peut présenter un rétrécissement (18), qui limite l'écoulement libre du carburant. La zone de combustion (6) est généralement située au niveau de ce rétrécissement. La température de la zone de combustion est mesurée par un thermomètre (20). L'emplacement des tuyaux d'oxydation est ajusté d'après les indications données par le thermomètre, conformément à des instructions prédéfinies. Une valeur prédéterminée souhaitée est attribuée à la température. Si la température mesurée est supérieure à ladite valeur prédéterminée, l'extrémité de refoulement de gaz d'oxydation des tuyaux d'oxydation s'éloigne de la zone de combustion, grâce à quoi elle reçoit moins de gaz d'oxydation, la combustion ralentit et, par conséquent, la température baisse. De façon comparable, si la température mesurée est inférieure à ladite valeur prédéterminée, l'extrémité de refoulement de gaz d'oxydation des tuyaux d'oxydation se rapproche du procédé de combustion, grâce à quoi la combustion dans la zone de combustion accélère et la température monte.
