Ce système comprend: des microimplants (1) constitués de trois pièces, dont une microvis (2) conçue pour être vissée dans l'os, des têtes interchangeables (3) conçues pour fixer les éléments de tension, ainsi qu'un élément saillant préformé (4) en silicone ou analogue; des plaques en acier (12) de formes diverses, pouvant s'adapter à deux, trois ou quatre microimplants (1), disposant de zones de fixation (13) avec des orifices allongés (14) et d'une zone centrale (15) avec différents orifices ou cavités (16) pour la mise en place du bouton et de l'oeillet, ou d'autres accessoires; un dispositif de fixation (23) à structure articulées, avec des moyens permettant de la fixer aux dents et des moyens pour fixer et diriger un tournevis vers la microvis (2), selon une inclinaison précise, pour visser la microvis (2); et un outil tournevis (32) constitué de deux parties indépendantes qui s'emboîtent l'une dans l'autre comme un piston, dont une partie externe (33) conçue pour fixer la microvis (2) et une partie interne (34) conçue pour visser la tête (3) sur la microvis (2) ou pour la dévisser de cette dernière.
