Abstract
Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von mit nanoskaligen Metalloxiden gefüllten Polymeren, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Verfahrensschritte: a) Herstellung einer Nanosuspension eines oder mehrerer kristalliner Metalloxide, hydroxide oder -oxidhydroxide durch Erhitzen einer Suspension einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen, enthaltend die entsprechenden Metalle in einer ersten polymerisierbaren Verbindung auf eine Temperatur größer als der Siedepunkt von Wasser unter Verfahrensdruck und kleiner als die Siedetemperatur der ersten polymerisierbaren Verbindung sowie kleiner als die Temperatur, bei der die Polymerisation der ersten polymerisierbaren Verbindung einsetzt, in Gegenwart von Wasser in einer Menge entsprechend 1 bis 10 Sauerstoffatomen pro Metallatom der Verbindung oder der Verbindungen, enthaltend die entsprechenden Metalle und b) Polymerisation der ersten polymerisierbaren Verbindung unter für die erste polymerisierbare Verbindung üblichen Bedingungen von Temperatur und Druck.
