Definitions
- This technical solution relates to a means of reducing the concentration of loads on a person’s hand while carrying luggages, mainly such luggages, products and products that are packed in bags or containers having arches in contact with the palm of a person’s hand.
- each known removable handle is made of an elastic plate bent at the bend and fixed by the hand during the carrying of luggage , and each such plate has a means of fixing its bent and facing each other during the operation of the handle [1-17].
- the operation of the handle refers to the full cycle of its use, which includes operations: the capture of handles by the handle of hand luggage, the carry-on of luggage by the handle, the reliable temporary storage of the baggage unit (s) with the combined handle of the carry-on luggage, eliminating the collapse of luggage into separate packages, handles from the arches of baggage bags and bringing the handle to its original position.
- a close technical solution to the claimed one is a removable handle for carrying hand luggage, including an elastic plate having an inflection line and means for connecting the opposite parts of the plate to each other in the working curved position of the plate, while this means of connection includes a tongue formed on one side of the bend line, and on the other side of the plate from the inflection line, a slot is made for the indicated tongue [9].
- SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) the forces from the lowered luggage directed in opposite directions from the handle, as a result of the holding force of the means for connecting the sides of the handle is not enough. This leads to the detachment of one part of the handle from the other and to the collapse of the packet block combined by one handle, which leads to the inconvenience of using this handle.
- Another disadvantage of the known handle is not reliable fixation of the tongue in the slot of the plate due to the possibility of moving the tongue across the curly slot, as well as the relatively large material consumption of the handle due to the presence of the tongue on the outer side of the plate and the execution of such a shape of the plate, which, when cutting the material, requires increased consumption.
- a removable luggage carry handle including an elastic elastic plate in the idle position, having an inflection line and means for connecting the opposite parts of the plate, while this means includes formed on one side of the plate from the inflection line the plate is a tongue, and on the other side of the plate from the inflection line, a slot is made for the specified tongue [12].
- the tongue has a roof-shaped shape
- the slot is made in the form of a slit
- the close location of the tongue and the slots to the line of the bends of the plate create the inconvenience of laying the arches of the luggage packages under the tongue of the removable handle and the inconvenience of fixing the handle.
- this handle operates with several packages, while lowering the packages to the ground, for example, during their reloading, horizontal components of the load are created on the handle, acting on the luggage from the inside from the action of the objects located in them, while the data efforts with the luggage lowered on the support are directed in different directions from the handle.
- the technical result of the invention is the possibility of using a removable handle as a bundle of several luggages in one unit or in one package with the aim of preserving it in a packaged form for the time of reloading and transportation, as well as increasing the bearing capacity of the handle and its ergonomics.
- a removable handle for carrying luggage comprising an elastic plate and means for connecting the opposite parts of the plate to each other in its working curved position, which contains a tongue on one part from the bend line of the plate and a slot under the tongue on the other part of the plate, the last
- the large side of the slot is located across the plate, at the end of the tongue there is a layer of glue covered with a film.
- the plate is made of tensile porous material with closed large microscopic open pores, the surface of the plate is embossed, having grooves oriented transversely to the plate.
- the lateral sides of the tongue are formed by arcs intersecting at its end, under which recesses are located on opposite sides of the base of the tongue.
- the handle In the transverse plane of the handle, its first part is S-shaped, and the second part is C-shaped and contacts the S-shaped part of the plate with its inner side.
- the ends of the slots of the plate are rounded.
- This embodiment of the handle is less material-intensive due to the fact that the large sides of the plate are straight and parallel, and the tongue is located in the inner contour of the plate, which, when cutting a sheet of material and manufacturing the plates, creates a minimal amount of waste.
- a reliable bundle of arches of several clutches with one handle is provided for the time of their reloading and transportation due to the fact that it eliminates (due to additional fixing of the tongue in its working position) the tongue falls out of the slot and, as a result, the package of luggages connected by the handle breaks. Significantly increased the bearing capacity of the handle to absorb such loads that tend to stretch the parts of the handle in different directions.
- the tongue is additionally fixed on the surface of one of the handle parts, which excludes its loss from the slot, and secondly, the execution of the handle from a material with tensile properties provides a significant damping of dynamic tensile forces on opposite parts handles from the arches of treasures; the efforts that arise on the handle during transportation of luggage, especially with regard to lengthy transport.
- the curved parts of the handle in its working position compensate for the indicated tensile loads, while the S - shaped and C-shaped parts of the handle are deformed during operation by the hand of the porter and become partially irreversible.
- the deformed parts of the plate do not straighten completely, which additionally fixes the tongue in the slot and, in turn, does not allow the arches of the grouped luggage to disintegrate.
- the selected ratios of the indicated parameters of the handle were obtained experimentally. These ratios provide the ability to produce pens, for example, of three types. Lightweight removable handles for carrying one cellophane bag with an increased weight of up to 3 kg. Medium type removable handles for carrying, reloading and transporting multiple luggages connected by one
- This block or large package is formed, for example, from several of the aforementioned cellophane packages, or similar luggages, and without removing from such a large package of this handle carry out operations of its delivery - overload and transportation, while the middle type handle, plate thickness and width are calculated on weight up to 10 kg.
