Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réduction de l'expression d'un gène dans une cellule fongique filamenteuse. L'invention concerne en outre une cellule fongique filamenteuse modifiée appropriée pour la production d'un composé d'intérêt, dans laquelle, par comparaison avec la cellule mère de la cellule modifiée issue de celle-ci, ladite cellule modifiée présente des capacités améliorées pour la réduction de l'expression génique d'un gène cible à médiation par l'ARNi. De plus, l'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'un procédé d'intérêt dans ladite cellule fongique filamenteuse modifiée.
