L'invention concerne un système de messagerie universelle et un procédé d'interaction avec le terminal de messagerie spéciale, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivant lesquelles : le système de messagerie universelle crée et envoie un message, l'adresse de l'expéditeur du message comprend l'adresse de communication de messagerie spéciale et l'identifiant d'utilisateur, l'adresse de communication de messagerie spéciale étant l'adresse dans le système de messagerie spéciale correspondant au type de message dans le système de messagerie universelle, l'identifiant utilisateur est l'identifiant du terminal de messagerie universelle dans le système de messagerie universelle ; le serveur de système de messagerie spéciale du système de messagerie spéciale envoie le message au terminal de messagerie spéciale. Un terminal de messagerie universelle, un serveur de système de messagerie universelle et un système de messagerie universelle sont décrits. L'invention permet au terminal de messagerie universelle de faire interagir un message avec le terminal de messagerie spéciale, et l'invention est simple à mettre en œuvre sans changer le terminal ou le serveur de système de messagerie spéciale.
