Abstract
La présente invention concerne un clapet de non-retour microfluidique robuste ainsi qu'un procédé d'utilisation dudit clapet dans des dispositifs microfluidiques. Le clapet de non-retour est composé de deux chambres disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre et séparées par une membrane contenant des pores. La membrane est composée d'un matériau élastomère et peut être configurée dans un état normalement ouvert ou normalement fermé. Le clapet de non-retour normalement ouvert peut être mise en œuvre de manière à pouvoir fixer le degré de contre-pression nécessaire pour fermer le clapet. Le mode de réalisation normalement fermé peut maintenir l'état fermé quasiment sans contre-pression. Les deux versions, normalement ouverte ou normalement fermée, sont faciles à fabriquer par des techniques de lithographie molle multicouche et peuvent conserver un fonctionnement efficace après de nombreux milliers de cycles d'ouverture et de fermeture, sans défaillance. De tels clapets de non-retour peuvent remplacer des structures de clapet actives dans des dispositifs microfluidiques et, correctement mis en œuvre, sont susceptibles de simplifier la conception, la fabrication et/ou l'utilisation de dispositifs les contenant.
