Abstract
The present invention relates to a trim panel (1) for the interior of a motor vehicle which comprises, on a first face, an attachment member (5). En référence à la figure 1, le panneau d'habillage 1 comporte au niveau de sa face de fixation, des moyens de fixation sur la carrosserie d'un véhicule automobile qui comportent, dans le cas présent, un tube 2 qui comporte une première extrémité solidaire de la face de fixation et qui s'étend au delà de cette dernière, dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire au panneau 1, et une seconde extrémité libre, opposée à la première extrémité solidaire de la face de fixation du panneau 1. Le montage du panneau d'habillage 1 sur la carrosserie d'un véhicule automobile est mis en œuvre de la façon suivante. Le panneau 1 qui comporte l'organe d'accrochage 5 tenu par frottements dans le tube 2, est fixé au niveau d'une ouverture ménagée dans la carrosserie 9 d'un véhicule automobile par déformation élastique du tube 2 selon sa section. Le tube 2 est suffisamment déformé pour que la tête de fixation 3 passe à travers l'ouverture ménagée dans la carrosserie 9. Lorsque la tête de fixation 3 est passée à travers la carrosserie 9, le tube 2 reprend sa forme initiale et la collerette de la tête de fixation 3 vient prendre appui sur le bord de l'ouverture, comme représenté sur la figure 2. Les entretoises 4 viennent se positionner contre la carrosserie 9 et participent au bon placement du panneau d'habillage 1. La fixation est ensuite complétée en enfonçant la tige 7 de l'organe d'accrochage 5 dans le tube 2 de manière à ce que le crampon 8 sorte par l'extrémité ouverte du tube 2, au niveau de la tête de fixation 3. Le crampon 8 prend ainsi appui sur la tête de fixation 3, solidarisant l'organe d'accrochage 5 au panneau d'habillage 1 et transmettant les efforts exercés sur l'organe d'accrochage 5, au niveau de la portion formant crochet 6, à la carrosserie 9, par l'intermédiaire de la tête de fixation 3 (voir figure 2). Par ailleurs la tige 7 insérée dans le tube 2 exerce sur les parois de ce dernier une force qui tend à l'élargir ce qui sécurise la fixation à la fois de l'organe d'accrochage 5 sur le panneau 1 et la fixation du panneau 1 sur la carrosserie 9. La fixation du panneau 1 sur la carrosserie 9 et celle de l'organe d'accrochage 5 sur le panneau 1 sont mises en œuvre simultanément et en une seule étape, ce qui réduit le coût de montage du véhicule.Before attachment to the body of a motor vehicle, as shown in Figure 1, the rod 7 is inserted into the tube 2 so that the cleat 8 is held by friction in the tube 2. The tube 2 is sufficiently deformed for the attachment head 3 to pass through the opening in the body 9. When the fixing head 3 has passed through the body 9, the tube 2 resumes its initial shape and the collar the fixing head 3 comes to rest on the edge of the opening, as shown in Figure 2. The spacers 4 are positioned against the body 9 and participate in the proper placement of the trim panel 1. The attachment is then completed by pressing the rod 7 of the fastening member 5 into the tube 2 so that the stud 8 emerges from the open end of the tube 2, at the level of the fastening head 3. The crampon 8 thus bears on the fastening head 3, solidarisant the fastening member 5 to the trim panel 1 and transmitting the forces exerted on the fastening member 5, at the hook portion 6, to the body 9, by through the fixati head on 3 (see Figure 2). Furthermore, the rod 7 inserted in the tube 2 exerts on the walls of the latter a force which tends to widen it, which secures the attachment of both the fastening member 5 to the panel 1 and the fastening of the panel 1 on the body 9. The attachment of the panel 1 on the body 9 and that of the fastening member 5 on the panel 1 are implemented simultaneously and in one step, which reduces the cost of mounting the vehicle.

Comme représenté sur la figure 2, l'organe d'accrochage 5 peut être utilisé pour maintenir des sacs dans le coffre d'un véhicule automobile et éviter ainsi que leur contenu ne se renverse. Comme représenté sur la figure 1, avant la fixation du panneau 1 sur la carrosserie d'un véhicule, l'organe d'accrochage 5 est fixé sur le panneau 1 au moyen de la tige 10 qui est insérée dans le tube 2 de manière à ce que le crampon 8 viennent en appui sur la surface libre de la tête de fixation 3, opposée à la collerette précitée. La pose du panneau 1 sur la carrosserie 9 est mise en oeuvre de la même manière que pour le premier mode de réalisation, par déformation du tube 2 qui, cette fois, contient la tige 10. Comme représenté sur la figure 4, un élément de verrouillage 12, rigide et plein, est ensuite inséré dans le passage traversant 11 de manière à maintenir le tube 2 et la tige 10 élargis afin d'assurer une bonne fixation à la fois de l'organe d'accrochage 5 sur le panneau d'habillage 1 et du panneau d'habillage 1 sur la carrosserie 9 du véhicule. En cas de rupture de l'élément d'accrochage, il suffit de retirer l'élément de verrouillage 12 pour changer l'organe d'accrochage 5 sans ôter le panneau 1.
